Cameran and Dakota arrived right on time, were courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job with the installation. They walked us through the Bluetooth setup in the app for the smart fans and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Their attention to detail and customer focus really stood out. Chris followed up the next business day to confirm everything was completed to our satisfaction before finalizing payment — a great touch that shows how much they care about their customers.

The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial contact to the survey & estimate for the scope of work to the day of work. Chris took the time to explore & explain the best options, products & applications. Cameron and Dakota worked hard to work around some electrical and structural issues in my older home & kept me informed during the entire installation. They were both professional and polite. Commitments made and kept and on time. They are more of an exception than the standard in today’s sales & service industry.

I purchased an attic fan & whole house fan. The crew scheduled a time and called prior to arrival. They were very helpful in answering any questions. They were very careful and meticulous with their work. The installation looks great! My house has stayed cool even with the excessive heat we have experienced. The whole house fan moves a tremendous amount of air. My house stays cool and my air conditioner doesn’t work as hard to keep up. We should have done this years ago. You should not wait I highly recommend this system and the entire crew at Your Skylight Expert.

Chris and his crew installed a new whole house fan and attic fan last fall. I had been wanting to replace the old one in my house and had a difficult time finding someone who could recommend and install one (lots of electricians install them but you have to purchase one first and I had no idea what I needed). Chris gave me an estimate and installation was completed within 2 weeks. This has to be the #1 best improvement I've made to my house! I immediately noticed a difference in the smell and feel of the air inside my home. The best part is turning on the whole house fan in the evenings/nights when it's cooler outside. The air flow is spectacular! My electric bill has also decreased since I don't need to turn on the air as often. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the recommendations and service I received. My ceiling where the old fan was had to be patched because the new fan is much smaller. By the time the crew left, there wasn't a spec of dust on the floor. And BONUS, they came on trash day and actually brought my garbage cans in for me. Your Skylight Expert goes above and beyond, and I'm thrilled with it all! Sorry it took so long to write this review :-).
